\nNon c’\u00e8 nessuno che conti i Tuoi minuti.
\nPassano i giorni e le notti,
\nle \u00e9re sbocciano e appassiscono
\ncome fiori. Tu sai attendere.
\nI Tuoi secoli si susseguono
\nper perfezionare un piccolo fiore di campo.
\nNoi non abbiamo tempo da perdere,
\ne non avendo tempo dobbiamo affannarci

Days and nights pass and ages bloom and fade like flowers. <\/em><\/span>
\nThou knowest how to wait.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Thy centuries follow each other perfecting a small wild flower.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

We have no time to lose, <\/em><\/span>
\nand having no time we must scramble for a chance. <\/em><\/span>
\nWe are too poor to be late.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

And thus it is that time goes by <\/em><\/span>
\nwhile I give it to every querulous man who claims it, <\/em><\/span>
\nand thine altar is empty of all offerings to the last.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the day I hasten in fear lest thy gate be shut; <\/em><\/span>
