In un certo senso sono grato a tutto il dolore e la sofferenza fisica che ho dovuto sopportare qui dentro, perch\u00e9 mi hanno obbligato a continuare a imparare e ad andare avanti.<\/p>\n
Se non avessi provato dolore, probabilmente sarei stato un perdigiorno.Destinato forse a diventare un perdi-settimana. E poi un perdi-mesi.<\/p>\n
Stando cos\u00ed le cose, per\u00f2, so di avere due possibilit\u00e0: esercitarmi quotidianamente senza fallo, o farmi del male fino a rendere la mia vita un tormento.<\/p>\n
Quindi ricordo sempre a me stesso che il dolore \u00e8 un dono divino, e che dovrei essere grato di provarlo.<\/p>\n

\nIf I didn\u2019t have pain, I\u2019d probably take the day off. And that day could become a week. And that week could turn into months. <\/span><\/em>
\nBut as it is I know I have two choices\u2014practice every single day without fail, or hurt so bad that life is a misery. <\/span><\/em>
\nSo I keep reminding myself that the pain is a gift from the Divine, and that I should be thankful for it.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
